Eurotunnel discount codes

Chunnel.co.uk » Eurotunnel Discount

Many travellers search for “Eurotunnel discount codes” hoping for a hidden voucher at checkout. The reality is that Eurotunnel (LeShuttle) does not often release codes to the public. Instead, the best savings come from booking early, travelling off-peak and choosing one of their special fare types.

Promotional codes we tested recently:

  • FRENCHY10, returns the following value though: Please check your reference number. If you have a Tesco or Credit Voucher code, please enter this in the payment section to redeem your credit. (For Shareholder or LeShuttle Club bookings, click here.) (PGC28)
  • 24BF, this was an old discount code that worked.

How to get discount on Eurotunnel tickets?

It’s uncommon for the Eurotunnel/LeShuttle to offer direct discounts or discount codes. Codes can be inserted if you have an account at LeShuttle and if you are logged in:

When logged in to your LeShuttle account this promotional code field appears, you can test codes there quite easily!

Special promotional periods, such as Black Friday (end of November), often include deals like 20% off. These offers allow you to book in advance and secure lower ticket prices.

The Black Friday offer from November 2024, which may reappear in 2025 and 2026.

Additionally, throughout the year, you’ll find other discounts and combo offers,  including savings on Eurostar journeys or packages that combine tickets with accommodations or activities. (Read more here about the Disney Combo offers.)

Do Eurotunnel discount codes exist?

LeShuttle does not publish regular promo codes like airlines or hotel sites. Occasionally, corporate partners or travel agencies may receive codes for a specific campaign, but these are not widely shared.

If you see a website advertising “50% off Eurotunnel discount codes”, treat it with caution. These are usually click-bait pages without working vouchers.

Where real Eurotunnel discounts come from

  • Day Trip and Overnight fares: from approximately £59 return, valid if you return within 2 days. Read more on our website about how to find the cheapest tickets.
  • Short Stay Saver: starting at £94 return, valid up to 5 days.
  • Early booking: fares rise as trains fill up. Booking weeks or months ahead often saves £50 to £100 versus last-minute prices.
  • Off-peak times: very early morning or late evening departures are usually cheaper.
  • Consider the ferry, a ferry is most of the time cheaper compared to LeShuttle.

Alternatives with real promo codes

If your priority is a discount code, ferry operators are more likely to provide them. Companies like DFDS, P&O Ferries and Irish Ferries often release voucher codes through newsletters or partners. While these crossings are longer, you may find a lower total price. See Channel Tunnel or Ferry for comparisons.
